NP needed to join a group a three Internists and another NP for an employed position in a renowned medical center. Interested candidate who has an outgoing personality will be highly considered. Successful candidate must demonstrate ability to work independently, function alone, possess confidence, and possess a mindset to run the clinic like their own business.

Practice description:

• A wide variety and range of primary care with a narrow scope of outpatient procedures. Must be comfortable with baby well baby visits.
• Average visits for the last 14 months have been 209.
• Anywhere from a low of 128 to a high of 371.
• This averages out to about 13 a day. Goal is to bring it closer to 20visits/day.
• NP will work Standard business hours, M-F.
• This is a permanent position, not locums. Gender not important.
• Salary is about $70-75K for a new grad of $80-90K for an experienced provider.
