Peak Vista is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to to join our team of excellent family practitioners, internists and pediatricians. Must be licensed to practice in Colorado or be eligible to obtain a CO license. Prescriptive authority preferred. Must be comfortable in providing care to all age groups and be able to serve in a full time float capacity at our various centers, including our minor illness acute care center. Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to premier medical, dental and behavioral health services for people of all ages. We provide primary care services to low-income, uninsured and underinsured working families (as well as others with access barriers) within the Pikes Peak Region through nineteen outpatient centers. Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC). Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
