Full unrestricted Licensure, Certification, or Registration required.

Must pass pre-employment examination.

DUTIES:
Join a stable, experienced and collegial medical service staff that is comprised of 13 internists, 3 FPs and 11 mid-level providers.

Duties of the general internist:
Provide primary care for a small panel of patients with supportive staff aligned in the medical home model, i.e. PACT: Patient Aligned Care Teams.

Rotate through in-house night and weekend call. Average on call is two (2) nights per month.

Optional participation in Hospitalist rotations.

Optional rounding on your own inpatients.

You need a current unrestricted state medical license.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
BASIC REQUIREM

egree of doctor of medicine or an ! equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.

Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
