More complete informations about this vacancy opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. 1 hour from Greeley, CO - Internal Medicine - 1 hour from Greeley, CO â€"Medical Center Internal Medicine â€" ( INTERNIST OR A FAMILY PRACTICE DOC TO DO HOSPITALIST WORK) Hospital employ! ed, Hospitalist and outpatient medicine position. When doing inpatient medicine candidate will be the hospitalist. Candidate will have five weeks with no call and then a week of being on call. On your call week (Call is 1:6) candidate will do inpatient medicine and be the hospitalist.
Candidate will start Friday morning at 8:00 am and to the next Friday morning at 8:00 am. ICU coverage required. See 20-24 patients a day when doing outpatient the other five weeks. Ideally a candidate who could and would do Pulmonology although not required.
A candidate could do 60% Pulmonology and 40% Internal Medicine. ICU coverage required. Seeing about 12 patients a day for average patient load. The hospital has around 2000 OP visits/month.
The number of patients each doc is expected to see each day in the clinic is 20-24. The facility gets around 5 admits per day. The load at night is not usually very high. The doc might get called from the ED but they d! on’t have to come in very often even if the patient needs ad! mitted because they have 12 hours to see the patient after the admissions orders are given.
The candidate would need to be comfortable with vents and ICU patient management. If they don’t do central lines we can have one of our general surgeons do those. EMR being used. Call is 1:6.
Salary around $200K, sign on bonus of around $40K, + relocation, + all benefits. B/E, B/C, MD, No Visa Candidates. Residents, Fellows, or Practicing candidates are acceptable. This is a perm position only.
