Peak Vista is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to to join our team of excellent family practitioners and internists. Must be licensed to practice in Colorado or be eligible to obtain a CO license. A minimum of 3â€"5 years experience and prescriptive authority preferred.
Must be comf! ortable in providing care to the senior population and be able! to serve in a full time capacity in our Senior Health Center â€" North. We provide primary care services to lowâ€"income, uninsured and underinsured working families (as well as others with access barriers) within the Pikes Peak Region through 21 outpatient centers. Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC). Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
