A hospital-based primary care clinic in South Central Colorado is recruiting an Internal Medicine Physician to join their team. This facility offers: •An annual salary of $190,000 plus starting bonus•A benefits package including health insurance, a retirement plan, malpractice insurance, and paid time off•Relocation assistance•CME allowance •Loan repayment opportunities through federal, state and private programs The hospital based clinic is looking to hire a full-time Internist to join their team. The practice is associated with a multi-specialty clinic which has two general surgeon! s, two OB/GYNs and one orthopedic surgeon. The hiring clinic e! mploys two internists, three family physicians and two midlevel providers.
The hired provider will work Monday through Friday seeing 16-20 patients per day. No call, ER or ICU required as a hospitalist group is used to cover the call. There is clinic after-hours call. This clinic is not able to support J-1 Visa waiver.The hospital is a full service facility with 55 beds providing acute care.
It is a level IV Trauma Center, private patient rooms, four new operating suites, a new eight bed intensive care unit, 16 slice CT, 1.5 tessla MRI, nuclear med, 24/7 radiology and pathology. The Health Professional Shortage Area Score (HPSA) for this site is 17 per HRSA.
