Wiltshire Farm Foods is the brand leader in Home meal delivery services for the elderly and vulnerable market in Ireland, UK and Canada.
We now require an exceptional Team Leader for our Customer Service department. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to perform under pressure are essential. You must be reliable, self motivated and well organised with the ability to work independently and multitask. Proven communication skills both written and verbal. You must have empathy and patience to work with our customer base.
Your key responsibilities will include the following.
Effectively lead your team maintaining agreed KPIs.
Manage and monitor your team performance. Provide feedback to your team about their performance.
Building strong relationships with our customers in order to ensure repeat purchases
Develop new business in conjunction with our Business Development department.
If you feel that you can deliver great results for us in a fast growing market and help us to develop an exceptional team we would like to hear from you. You will need at least 2 years experience in a similar role.

Salary: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
