Works full time in different administrative tasks and operations.
Your Role
- Administrative organizational support Support people / HR management processes .
- Support organizational communication processes (meetings, workshops, trainings, catering, etc.)
- Coordination with internal and external service providers (SPIE building, IT, HR, etc.)
- Organizational purchase order management on Ariba & Web methods (creation and support)
- Assistance and general clarifications regarding travel booking and expense settlement
- Support the digitalization center of competence in supply chain logistics
Your qualifications
- You are a Bachelor or Master student in a technical or business administration field or similar
- You are a friendly, open minded person, self-driven and highly motivated and you enjoy working in a multifunctional and international environment
- Previous experience with Microsoft applications and Office 365 package
- Solid English and Spanish skills, German language skill is a plus
