Working student – Supply Chain Logistics [Spain]

Works full time in different administrative tasks and operations.
Your Role
  • Administrative organizational support Support people / HR management processes .
  • Support organizational communication processes (meetings, workshops, trainings, catering, etc.)
  • Coordination with internal and external service providers (SPIE building, IT, HR, etc.)
  • Organizational purchase order management on Ariba & Web methods (creation and support)
  • Assistance and general clarifications regarding travel booking and expense settlement
  • Support the digitalization center of competence in supply chain logistics
Your qualifications
  • You are a Bachelor or Master student in a technical or business administration field or similar
  • You are a friendly, open minded person, self-driven and highly motivated and you enjoy working in a multifunctional and international environment
  • Previous experience with Microsoft applications and Office 365 package
  • Solid English and Spanish skills, German language skill is a plus
