Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Handling day to day operations of facilities, ensuring smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the facility.
Inspecting the material and tools inventory regularly and placing order when needed with prior approval.
Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocating work to housekeeping staffs.
