Responsibilities:
Review reports relating to Archival Authority Record;- Research summary relating to Archival Authority Record and subject thesaurus; and
- Entry preparation of subject thesaurus.
Requirements:
possess a Bachelor’s degree in history, library studies, humanities, languages, social sciences, or information management related fields;- be proficient in the application of common business software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- have an excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
- have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- be pleasant, mature, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
