Green Planet 21 Utilities Services is a telecommunications company with projects around the world. We are hiring for our telecom cable extraction crew and we’d love to have you join the team! We will train you on our equipment - all you need to have is a positive attitude and self-starter work ethic.
We are looking for people willing to travel for extended periods of time (1 week to 2 months or more). We give great benefits, competitive pay, and promote internally.
Equipment Operator / Cable Extraction Crew
Responsibilities:

1.3. Safely and efficiently operate Hogg Davis and MCV Chopper Truck vehicles (we’ll train you on these!). Attach copper cable to vehicles for extraction.
1.4. Safely remove and cut cable using the MCV Chopper Truck or Hogg Davis.
1.5 Stack sticks of copper cable (30 pounds at a time. Short 30 minute intervals of stacking)
1.6 Setting up cones and street equipment
Physical Demands:
1. Able to lift 50 lbs. and open all sizes of telecom manhole covers.
2. Available to work shift work; night shift, day shift, and swing shift.
3. Exposure to confined spaces, extreme temperatures and humidity.
Other Requirements:
1. Passing Background Checks and Drug Testing before and during employment.
2. Valid Passport (preferred)
3. Valid Driver's License (must)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
