This position includes:
- Bilingual: Spanish
- Schedule patient appointments
- Eligibility health insurance verification
- Verify patient appointments 24 hours prior to schedule date
- Answer phones for appointment scheduling and follow up visit consults
- Check patients in and scan new patient paperwork
- Provide patients follow up orders after visits
- Enter patient authorizations, ultrasound results, lab results, and insurance information.
- Answer patient clinical questions
- Communicate with providers and medical staff for patient care directions.
Maintain strict confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
