Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and helpful manner
• Provide customers with solutions and alternatives to meet their needs

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
