Job Scope
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
- Prepare payment vouchers and cheques
- Handle daily accounting data entries and journal entries
- Handle daily bookkeeping of invoices.
- The candidate will act as a Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive for this job position
- Maintain accounts receivable
- Able to monitor billings and collection of debts
- Monitor customer account details
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/superior
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc
- Process credit card payment or non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities
- Assist with month-end closing
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree or professional certificate in Finance/Accountancy or equivalents.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- MATURED, able to work under stress and pressure.
- Great organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Candidate must have own transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
