Telephone operator, *experience in healthcare preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) required
Ability to work with a team and perform multiple telephone operator duties. We are looking for Phone Operators that can handle at least 100-150 phone calls per day and can handle scheduling, checking patient's eligibility, taking messages and tasking Physicians/Providers and Team members with patient related tasks. Always answers a call with a smile and understands and promotes positive customer service at all times
