DESCRIPTION
In order to expand our management team at the location in Lingen (Ems) we are looking for aDeputy Manager - Data Evaluation (all genders welcome)
As a Deputy Manager, you will contribute to highest realization performance by managing the operational resourcing activities, especially ensuring appropriate expertise within field of responsibility, and execution of the corresponding business process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effective operational planning and provision of the right resources in order to assure an efficient process execution in alignment with priorities of business requirements
- Continuous improvement of the capabilities of all resources as needed to meet the process requirements especially ensuring that assigned employees are trained and qualified to do their duty and tasks on a level which allows for individual as well as global flexibility
- Supporting execution in the supervision of the correct application of defined procedures and as an active partner with respect to optimization
- Developing the assigned employees in their professional career and driving the qualification process in cooperation with local teams and Training and Education partners
- Ensuring that infrastructure and equipment is well maintained and optimized
- Ensuring that all relevant knowledge is maintained up to date in the relevant documentation and systems
- Monitoring the performance of the assigned employees or workgroups with Resourcing performance indicators in line with the Group definitions
- Effective & efficient achieving of specified business and resourcing targets
REQUIREMENTS

Moreover, you should bring:- Completed University degree in (business) engineering, administration, economy or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of Leadership/disciplinary management experience in a fast pace, operational environment
- Solid background knowledge in the affected business process and organization
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent level of social competence
- Good understanding of the ROSEN business process and organization
- High level of self-motivation to reach deadlines and good quality of deliverables
- Excellent in promoting, driving and adopting to change
- Highly resilient and effective in managing a complex environment
- Enjoy working in a team and willingness to travel
- Business fluent in English and German
