About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate FP&A lead to join the Finance team and report to the FP&A Director. This is a non-managerial position that requires the candidate to oversee the AOP process and consolidation, lead budget control with stakeholders both locally and internationally, act as the main point of contact for regional controllers, and head the company's costing process
What will your job look like?
- Manage the annual budgeting process (AOP) world wide
- Monthly / quarterly FP&A reporting packages that include Budget Vs. Actual Vs. FCST analysis, rolling FCST, comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive executive-level explanations of differences
- Business partner with company C-level management & other stake holders to develop accurate spending forecast and Ad hoc analysis
- Assist in the identification of operational challenges and opportunities, and implement ongoing process improvements
- Be the finance focal point of all costing processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or/and business administration (CPA - an advantage)
- 3-5 years of experience as FP&A in a global manufacturing company
- Budget & Control experience (Budget system experience - an advantage)
- Strong excel skills (Power Query - an advantage)
- Costing experience - an advantage
- Priority experience preferred
- Self-starter that can work with minimal guidance, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and under pressure when needed. In parallel to excellent interpersonal skills as a team member
